  • BMI Agent Workshop Asia in Hanoi, Vietnam on May 11th & 12th 2020.

    • Two nights of complimentary hotel accommodation at the Meli� Hanoi will be provided for participants from outside Hanoi;

  • BMI will provide 2 nights free accommodation (breakfast included) to participants from outside Hanoi.

    Should you require an additional person in your room or an extra night before or after the free workshop nights, please email Leandro Reis for a quotation and credit card form.

    Any miscellaneous charges incurred during your stay such as room service, laundry, extra nights, an unauthorized additional person in your room, extra meals, drinks, etc. will be at your own expense and automatically charged by the hotel to your card.

  • The participation at the event is free of charge, but due to a high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations in our previous workshops, we had to start requiring a credit card to all agencies to guarantee their commitment, even if they are not staying at the official hotel. We need it as a guarantee of your attendance at the event as we inform to all international institutions about your participation and we print materials and book all services and networking cocktail counting on your attendance. We only charge the penalty fee on the card in case there is a no show at the event, otherwise, we won�t charge any fee.

  • By completing this form and submitting it in any format to BMI, you confirm you speak English - necessary for meetings - and accept the event Terms & Conditions below:

    1) A credit card will be required by the hotel to allow check-in for your free room as a BMI guest. Approved Agencies will be given free participation in the workshop. The credit card will be pre-authorised for USD 400 and will ONLY be charged in the event of:
    • No-show at the workshop;
    • Not completing your schedule or missing your assigned appointments;
    • Not attending the networking functions;

    2) Confirmation of Participation, Approval Letter and Hotel Reservation
    • We will notify you - normally within 48 hours but in no more than 7 days - if you have been approved;
    • We will then make your hotel arrangements and send you confirmation one week before the event starts;

    3) Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation less than 20 days prior to the event will result in you being charged the full amount of the accommodation and meals;
    • You will attend 21 pre-scheduled meetings with the participating international institutions.
