  • BMI Higher Education Workshop Mexico in Mexico City on November 11th & 12th 2019.

    • Participation is free of charge for each approved University Representative;
    • Two nights of complimentary hotel accommodation at the Fiesta Americana Reforma will be provided for participants from outside Mexico City;

  • BMI will provide 2 nights free accommodation (breakfast included) to participants from outside Mexico City.

  • By completing this form and submitting it in any format to BMI, you confirm you speak English � necessary for meetings � and accept the event Terms & Conditions below.

    Approved Higher Education Institutions will be given free participation in the workshop. It is not allowed to:
    • No-show at the workshop;
    • Not completing your schedule or missing your assigned appointments;
    • Not attending the networking functions;

    Any miscellaneous charges incurred during your stay such as room service, laundry, extra nights, unauthorised additional person in your room, extra meals, drinks etc. will be at your own expense and automatically charged by the hotel to your card.
    • We will notify you if you have been approved - normally within 48 hours but in no more than 7 days;
    • We will then make your hotel arrangements and send you confirmation;
    • Cancellation are allowed 20 days prior to the event;
    • You will attend 21 pre-scheduled meetings with the participating international institutions.
